Summer Sites for Student Registration
Student Registration is providing an additional summer registration site and
implementing a summer schedule to meet the needs of
families. All sites will provide registration and English
proficiency assessment services.
A parent or guardian who needs assistance with English should call Student Registration
at the numbers listed below to schedule an appointment
to register his or her child or children.
Where
should I register?
The following students should register at the sites listed:

Students
whose home language is other than English (bilingual
registrars are available to help families with limited
English proficiency)

Foreign
exchange students

Students
whose natural parents or legally adoptive parents
do not reside in Fairfax County
-
Tuition-paying
students
-
Students
in out-of-county foster care
All
other students, and all kindergarten students, should
register at the school they will attend.
When
should I register?
The best time for school enrollment is as soon as possible after students
arrive in Fairfax County. Registration in late August and early September
often involves large crowds and long lines due to the great demand for enrollment
assistance.
