Virginia Substitute Evaluation Program (VSEP)

The VSEP consists of a student’s Course Work Compilation (CWC) that represents his or her performance and skills attained within a specific content area addressed in the Virginia Standards of Learning blueprints. The VSEP is intended for students with disabilities who have attained the knowledge and skills addressed by the Virginia Standards of Learning, but are unable to access the Standards of Learning assessments due to the nature of their disability and needed accommodations.
