Congratulations to Shelley Prince of Parklawn ES who received the FCPS Partners in Education “Bruce Oliver Leadership Award” for her outstanding commitment to mentoring partnerships, active leadership, creativity and support.  Parklawn ES has had a partnership with the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD) for 8 years.  Shelley was nominated by Carolyn Pool, the business partner liaison at ASCD.

In addition, they will post sound bites from selected nominees’ audition tapes on the campaign’s national web site on YouTube.com. To produce the final PSA, we will conduct an unscripted interview with the mentor and the mentee. Please visit HMP’s website at www.WhoMentoredYou.org to view PSAs from previous years.
