Fairfax County Public Schools College Partnership Program A successful collaboration involving colleges and universities, corporate members of the Fairfax County Public Schools Education Foundation, Inc., parents, and the school system		Office of English for Speakers of Other Languages Assists students from more than 100 different home language backgrounds to learn and demonstrate understanding in English. Students progress through beginning, intermediate and advanced ESOL levels, mastering specific criteria in oral, reading and writing skills before moving to the next level
