Personnel
Fourteen Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) resource teacher coaches have been hired.
The coaches are supervised by Becky Crissey, ABA Program Manager.
As indicated in the following chart, the ABA resource teacher
coaches represent a broad range of experiences and diverse
backgrounds.

Announcing New Applied Behavior Analysis Program Manager!
We are pleased to announce that Becky Crissey has been
selected to be the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Program
Manager for
preschool autism classes (PAC) and elementary enhanced autism
services. Becky began her career with FCPS as a PAC teacher.
Her
classroom served as a model classroom for the implementation
of ABA services with preschool students. For the past 3
years, she
has been an ABA coach providing support to PAC and elementary
ABA enhanced autism classes. Becky has also been an advanced
trainer
on the ABA team and has been responsible for providing ABA
core training to staff members including Beginning and
Advanced Hands-On
training, ABA Fundamentals, and Verbal Behavior Fundamentals.
Becky has completed the ABA coursework and supervision
requirements
to be eligible to sit for the behavior analyst board certification
examination.
ABA Resource Teacher (Coaches)
The following ABA coaches are part of the ABA team supporting
PAC and Elementary Enhanced Autism Services. As a team, they
represent
an extraordinary wealth of talent, experience, and expertise
in working with students with autism and in applying the principles
of ABA. Specific school assignments for the coaches are pending
and will be announced in a future website update. Questions
may

Ellen Agosta
Ellen is returning to the team and has been an ABA Coach for
the past 3 years. Before that time, she was an Inclusive Schools
Resource
Teacher with FCPS and an elementary autism teacher. Ellen supports
schools in Clusters 6 and 7.
Regan Davis
Regan is in her second year as an ABA Coach. Before coming
to FCPS she was on the ABA team at ??/ where she worked as
an autism
teacher both in self contained and inclusive settings. Regan
supports schools in Clusters 5 and 6.
Jessica Dezzutti
Jessica is a new member to the coaching team. Previously she
was a Pre-K ABA special education teacher. She has also served
as
a day coordinator for The New England Center for Children where
she provided ABA services to children and adults.. Jessica
works
with schools in Cluster 1and 8.
Kelly Eakin
Kelly started her position on the coaching team in February
2007. Prior to joining FCPS, she worked at Phillips School
as the Director
of Behavior Services. Kelly works with schools in Cluster 4.
Sherry Ellingson
Sherry has been a behavior analyst working in both the public
and private sectors. She has experience implementing ABA principles
with children and adults. She joined the team in July 2006
and
is working with schools in Clusters 1,2, and 3.
Kelly Galbraith
Kelly moved into a coach position in November 2005 after starting
the school year as a PAC teacher at Rose Hill. Her prior experience
was with the Princeton Child Development Institute where she
provided
ABA services to children and adults. Kelly works with schools
in Cluster 8.
Shauna Gardziel
This is Shauna’s first year on the ABA coaching team. She
previously served FCPS as a PAC Teacher at Deer Park Elementary.
Shauna also has experience as a private ABA provider. The schools
that Shauna supports are in Clusters 7 and 8.
Kelli
Lobo
Kelli has served on the coaching team for the past three years.
Before becoming a coach, she was an elementary autism teacher
at Oakton Elementary School. Prior to joining FCPS, Kelli worked
in a home-based setting designing and implementing ABA services.
Kelli supports schools in Cluster 7.
Courtney
Prior
Courtney is in her first year as an ABA Coach. She implemented
enhanced autism services as a teacher at Wakefield Forest Elementary
School. Courtney primarily supports schools in Cluster 3.
Kelley Raich
Kelley is a new addition to the ABA team. For the past few years
she has implemented enhanced autism services as an elementary
autism teacher at Churchill Road. Kelley supports schools located
in Cluster 1, 2, and 3.
Leigha Sochurek
Before joining the team this year, Leigha was an elementary autism
teacher with FCPS at Marshall Road Elementary School. She has
also worked as a private provider delivering ABA/VB services.
Leigha supports schools located in Cluster 1.
Erika Stavropoulos
Erika is a new member to the ABA Team. She moved from Florida
where she worked as a Behavior Counselor and classroom teacher
at Horace Mann Academy. She has also worked as an ABA therapist
at Ivymount School. Erika supports sites in Clusters 7 and 8.
Sharon Chang Toda
Sharon joined FCPS as an ABA Resource Teacher in August 2005.
Previously Sharon worked for a private agency as a behavior consultant.
She supports schools in Clusters 4 and 5.
Tina
Wilkerson
Tina has been on the coaching team for the past 3 years. Before
becoming an ABA coach, Tina was a behavior specialist for FCPS.
She supports schools in Clusters 3 and 4.
