The Guidance Program at Colin Powell offers:

Counseling - Students can be counseled individually and in small group settings.

Classroom Guidance -  Classroom guidance lessons focus on character education traits.

Consultation -  The counselors consult with parents, teachers, other staff members, and outside resources to benefit the child.  

Coordinating of Programs-  The counselors coordinate a number of programs and activities such as:  Parent Education Programs,Peer Mediation, A Mentoring Program, and the Proud Puma Character Education Program.
