Why can't I login?
Please visit the My PLT intranet site for login details or call the IT Service Desk at (703) 503-1600 (option 3 for My PLT) for support.
- I can’t find the course I’m looking for, what should I do?
Please contact the sponsoring office or school for information on registering for the course.
- Why is a course I completed not listed on my transcript?
If you have completed a training that you registered for through My PLT and your transcript is not reflecting your completion, please contact the sponsoring office or school. Courses taken outside of FCPS will not be in My PLT at this time, unless it is mandatory training for FCPS employees.
- Will I get a confirmation e-mail once I register?
Yes. All transaction in My PLT generate e-mails.
- Will I receive a reminder e-mail?
Yes. You will receive an automated e-mail reminder five days prior to the course start date.
- How do I cancel out of a course?
From your home tab, click on “My Course Details” in the “My Course” channel box and then click on the “Withdraw” button. You will receive a “Withdrawal Confirmation” e-mail.
