A Course that meets twice a year – September- December and January – May where participants receive Academy credit.

Audience

Leadership Team members nominate participants from a group of teacher leaders, early-career school-based administrators, and central office staff members.

Approximately 35-40 individuals are asked to participate in each of the fall and spring semester courses.

Program Description

The FCPS Overview: Supporting the Mission is designed to foster leadership practices among administrators, central office staff members, and teacher leaders through an understanding of the interdependency of schools and central offices.  Participants are involved in sessions covering the wide range of services in FCPS, presented by the Leadership Team and their staffs.  School-based and central office leadership serve as course instructors.
