Fairfax County Public Schools 2009-10 Discipline Incidents
* 119 students were expelled by the School Board, but permitted to receive educational services from FCPS during their expulsions. Of the remaining 5:
- 1 student was expelled with no services.
- 2 students were reassigned to an FCPS alternative educational setting.
- 2 students were reassigned to another regular Fairfax County Public School.
** 11 students were expelled by the School Board with no FCPS services.
*** 2 students withdrew from FCPS while undergoing evaluations to determine whether they were eligible for Special Education services; therefore, no final decisions could be made for those cases.
