Honors and AP/IB Course Offerings
Some Fairfax County high school communities are discussing the topic of honors, Advanced Placement (AP), and International Baccalaureate (IB) course offerings.
FCPS’ goal is to ensure all of our students are college- and workforce-ready.
On January 26, The Fairfax County School Board approved adding five high school English and Social Studies Honors courses for the 2012-2013 school year, and will work in conjunction with the Superintendent and staff to initiate an in-depth discussion of K-12 curriculum. Details.
