* The Robert R. Spillane Leadership Award honors two outstanding Fairfax County Public Schools employees each year who, through their leadership, have made a significant impact on students.

This year's winners, whose names were announced at the Leadership Conference on August 1, are Anne Hoffman (top), mathematics teacher at Mountain View, and Teresa Zutter (bottom), director of alternative school programs at Gatehouse Administration Center I.
