* Mary Ann Panarelli, coordinator in the Office of Special Education, was recently named the first recipient of the Susan D. Kaye Award, created in memory of Susan Kaye, who served in both the Office of Student Services and the Office of Special Education for over two decades. The award, which will be presented annually, is given to an individual who exemplifies the exceptional qualities that were the hallmarks of Kaye's service to FCPS and her family and community.
