FCPS programming is available on videotape and audiotape upon request. Below you will find pricing and ordering information. Due to copyright restrictions, videotapes of most performance-based productions, e.g., "Holiday Spotlight," "The Cappies Gala," are not available for purchase. Prices and ordering information

FCPS provides tapes for all duplication orders and will not accept blank videocassette(s) and audiocassette(s) from requestors. Only one title will be placed on each tape.
All videocassettes and audiocassettes produced by FCPS, including School Board meetings, community information programs and educational productions are subject to this fee schedule:

FCPS Employees

Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) has acquired duplication rights for titles listed in the Approved Instructional Materials (AIM) database. Duplication numbers are identified by the 10,000 (10000-19999) series of numbers.

Requests for duplication of these materials must be submitted on an INV-10 and sent to the Duplication Section, Sprague Technology Center. The INV-10 should include the following information:

Fairfax County Residents (Non-FCPS Employees) and Out of County Requests

Requests for duplications of Fairfax County Public Schools productions and School Board meetings should be submitted in writing and must include the following information:
