College Visits, Career Representative Visits, and other Events

Juniors & Seniors may attend these visits. While every effort is made to host these outside visits during the Lunch & Learn time period, it is not always possible.  Below is the procedure for students to follow:

• Sign up through the Blackboard.com "Family Connections" College Visits tab or e-mail Gardner Humphreys
• Print out confirmation of your approval to attend the event
• If missing a class to attend the college visit, have the teacher sign the printed confirmation page at least one class period before the visit. Student attendance is at the teacher's discretion.
• If the college admission presentation is during Lunch-and-Learn, students may bring in their lunch and attend the rep's visit; no pass is necessary.
• Attendance will be taken. The sessions last approximately ½ hour.
