(September, 2012) Renovation continues to move along as scheduled. We have already occupied most of our new PE facilities including a beautiful new main gym, boy’s and girl’s locker rooms, team rooms and weight room. By the beginning of November we should be moving into our new main office, a new large classroom addition in the back as well as a new academy office suite.

(November, 2011)Marshall’s renovation is continuing at a brisk pace. Most of the work this past month was done outside on our four additions. The large classroom addition and PE addition are almost ready for their first concrete pour. The footings for the new band room are also being poured at this time. The main office addition has most of its external walls and is really starting to take shape! It should be under roof in the next month or so. We continue to be excited as these new spaces take root.

(October, 2011) Marshall High School's renovation is in full swing! Three of our four additions have been started and there are a lot of new pipes and electrical conduit running through our hallways. Several new rooms within the building are being roughed in and we are up to speed with our phasing plan. Within the next calendar month things will really begin to take shape!

(August, 2011) Our renovation is moving forward. Although we are still waiting for a key permit from VDOT, work takes place on a daily basis. Doors 1 and 4 are no longer accessible. We expect doors 12 and 3 will soon be blocked off. The main office is nothing but a shell. Vacated classrooms on the first and second floor had interior walls demolished. Workers are beginning to install new pipe work to serve the renovated building. Temporary locker rooms were built in what were once the training and health and pe classrooms.
