Building Use

George C. Marshall is available for community use during non-school hours. To apply to use the the facilities, the user must complete a Building Use Application Form and turn it into the Activities Office with a $10 application fee. These building-use forms are available in the Activities Office or in the office of any Fairfax County Public School. The application will be reviewed and the applicants will be notified if the requested facilities are available. There may be additional fees charged for the use of the facilities. These could include fees for school personnel, set-up, clean-up, and/or extra equipment that may be requested.

Susan Malik is in charge of the scheduling of the Marshall High School career center. Requests or questions regarding its use should be directed to her. She may be reached at (703) 714-5432 or by e-mail at susan.malik@fcps.edu.

The use of school athletic fields and gymnasiums are usually scheduled through the Department of Recreation. Permits issued by the Department of Recreation are required for their use. Marshall's athletic teams have priority on the use of the fields and gyms. These facilities may be closed to outside use during these times.
