  • At the Regional Global Awareness Technology Projects, GCM won two first place categories. Congrats to Ghassan Althinayyan for "Unemployment in the KSA" and Abdul Abdullah  for "Space Debris."
  • IB Film 2 students Mackie Quirk and Stefan Wilkinson took home awards at Madeira’s Film Festival this weekend. Stefan’s short, “Cash,” won Best Cinematography and Mackie’s work “Dear Sam; Love Ava.” won both the Audience Choice Award and 2nd Place for Best Overall Work.
  • Marshall DECA are International Champions......Marshall DECA had the most students on the ICDC stage from Virginia as well as the most overall winners; this is truly record setting as we competed against 14,000 other DECA members this past weekend at the DECA International Championship in Salt Lake City, Utah.
  • Please congratulate the LifeSmarts team of: Sandy Vo: CAPTAIN, Shannen Escobar, Nathaniel Chen, Corey Martin, & James Cusack for placing 23rd in the nation at the LifeSmarts National Competition in Philadelphia.

Web-base devices consist of laptops, netbooks, eReaders, tablets, & smartphones. Please register your device in the cafeteria during all lunches or during "Learn" on Fridays in January and February.     • Ms. Sims' and Mr. Daus' offices are located in offices on the second floor.
