4 spiral notebooks with pockets (red, blue, green, yellow)
5 – 2 pocket folders in assorted colors
3 – 1.5 inch 3-ring notebook
2 packages (500 sheets) of wide-ruled loose leaf notebook paper
3 packages of 3X5 index cards
2 large pink erasers
1 package of colored pencils
1 package of water-based markers
1 box (24 count) of Crayola crayons
2 large glue sticks
1 bottle of glue
1 pair of scissors with a point
2 – 3.5 inches High Quality floppy diskettes formatted for PC’s

Fifth Grade G.T. Center Supply List
(Put your child’s name on all appropriate items)
#2 Pencils (enough to last – but only 4 at school at a time- too many things in a desk simply invites chaos.)
Scissors – pointed school scissors (about 6 1/2 inch)
2 erasable pens
2 regular pens, one blue or black and one red
1 yellow highlighter
Eraser (white out as desired)
Pencil sharpener
1 soft pencil case that will fit into a binder (No pencil boxes!)
A 1 1/2 inch 3 ring binder with paper and dividers (language arts, math, science, social studies, clean paper, homework) one that zips is very handy for youngsters who need to learn organizational skills.
White school glue (no glue sticks)
A 12 inch ruler with both metric and standard measurements
Tracing paper
¼ “graph paper
Crayons, colored pencils or markers (NOT all three)
At least one package of post-it notes
1 box of tissues to share with the class
Since students will be changing rooms and sharing desks, we ask that they do not bring in personal items such as small toys or other “precious” objects.

Sixth Grade G.T. Center Supply List
The items listed below will be needed on a weekly basis.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE NOT INCLUDED A 3-RING BINDER!
6 spiral notebooks (we suggest buying extras at sale price to keep at home as students typically need new spirals at mid-year)
1 package of wide-ruled, loose-leaf paper (at least 200 sheets; extra sheets can be left at home and replenished as needed)
2 pocket folders
1 composition notebook (for word study)
1 package of pencils (at least a 12 count package, although only 2 pencils need to be at school at once)
1 package of colored pencils (at least a 12 count package)
1 pair of scissors
2 glue sticks
1 package of index cards
2 boxes of tissues
1 water bottle (please put your child’s name on it)
1 compass
1 accordion file (to store paperwork for each grading period)
1 package of graph paper (at least a 50 count package)
1 packet of sticky notes (your choice size and color)
1 personal pencil sharpener (non-electric, capable of holding its own shavings)
1 large pink eraser
1 yellow highlighter
1 zipper bag to hold supplies inside a student desk
1 bottle of anti-bacterial hand-sanitizer
Make sure to wear tennis shoes on scheduled PE days.
