World Languages: Credit Exam for World Languages

Registration:


Students must meet with their school counselors to register.  Registration opens 8:00 a.m. on Monday, September 24, 2012 and closes at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 22, 2012.  Late registrations will not be accepted.

Exam dates, times, and testing sites:

Hayfield Secondary School November 7, 2012, 3:30 pm
Falls Church High School November 8, 2012, 3:30 pm
Centreville High School November 13, 2012, 3:30 pm

 

What do I need to bring to the exam?

I need to bring to the exam...

  • a photo ID (driver's license, passport, picture school ID, etc.)
  • a pen or pencil
  • my student ID number

For the exam...

  • The exam begins at 3:30.  Please arrive by 3:15.
  • You must bring a picture ID. Some examples of acceptable picture ID's are a driver's license, a passport, a school ID with a picture, or a yearbook with your name and picture. If you do not have one of these, you may bring a photograph of yourself to the school counseling office. Your counselor should write your name on the back and then sign the photo. Bring the signed photo or other picture ID with you to the exam.
  • The exam itself is untimed. Generally, students finish by 5:30 p.m. 
  • You may not bring any books, dictionaries, or other materials into the exam room.
