The health and medical sciences program is designed to meet the following objectives:
Health and Medical Sciences provides a wide variety of broad and specialized competency based courses introducing students to a variety of health career choices. The courses facilitate career preparation in areas such as animal science, dental careers, emergency response, medical assisting, nursing, pharmacy, rehabilitation, and other allied health careers. Students have the opportunity to apply the skills learned by participating or observing in a variety of health care settings.



The health and medical sciences program provides broad and specialized courses leading to a variety of health career choices.
Competency-based training facilitates career preparation in a wide variety of health care fields including: animal care, dental careers, emergency response, pharmacy, medical careers, nursing, and rehabilitation.
