ACE: Refunds

Refund Fees and Policy

• A $15 withdrawal fee is assessed for each refund
• Refunds will be issued to the original payer
• Donations to the ACE Scholarship Fund are non-refundable
• Allow at least three weeks for processing

Refund Process

Online Classes

• For classes taken online that start on a certain date:
  • Written refund request must be received two business days prior to the class start date
• For classes that start anytime:
  • Written refunds request must be received within 15 days of the enrollment date
• Refunds are not given once an individual has started the class

 

Traditional Classes

• You will automatically receive a full refund when a class is already full or is canceled
• Your written request must be received at least two business days prior to the class start date
• For your convenience, you may obtain a refund request form OR send us the following information:
  • Your name
  • Address
  • ACE Participant ID number (if available)
  • Phone number
  • Course number for which you are requesting the refund
  • Reason for the refund request
