Colleague Assistance Program
The Colleague Assistance Program (CAP) assists teachers with specific instructional needs. A request for assistance may be initiated by a teacher or administrator. Once a request is made, a performance assessment specialist or facilitator taps the expertise of a retired or on leave instructional leader to support the teacher for up to 24 hours over a period of weeks. The collaboration is confidential and is not part of the evaluation process.
