To establish membership, election procedures, meeting dates, and roles of the bus drivers’ and attendants’ (BDAAC), custodial services (CSAC), facilities services (FSEAC), food and nutrition service (FNSAC), office personnel (OPAC) and support services employees (SSEAC) advisory councils.
Each council shall represent its particular employee group. Meetings shall provide a forum for discussion of concerns, ideas, and suggestions between the employee group and the administration.
Each council shall elect representatives to serve terms as established in each council’s bylaws.
Each council has monthly meeting dates as established in each council’s bylaws. Council representatives and chairpersons have closed meetings 30 minutes prior to the open session when the formal meeting begins. The formal meeting includes administrators, speakers, guests, and designated specialists to inform and/or to offer suggestions for resolutions to issues.
