About us:

Recruitment Services is dedicated to supporting the success of our schools and offices by recruiting the best candidates to fill instructional and support positions. Recruiters work in conjunction with the offices of instructional and support employment to determine staffing needs and critical field areas, and plan strategies that will result in a rich pool of highly qualified applicants. We recruit via our website, FCPS instructional job fairs, university and consortium fairs, professional conferences, local job fairs, and advertising.
