2015 Health Plans

Aetna/Innovation Health, CareFirst and Kaiser Permanente are approved vendors for 2015.  Each vendor has created websites designed especially for FCPS for this Open Enrollment.  These website have a number of tools to help you understand your plan benefits and provider networks.  Click on the links below to access the vendor websites to obtain more detailed information about each plan:

How to Make Changes

Open Enrollment is when retirees can make changes to their benefits for calendar year 2015.

See the Retiree Benefits Briefing for more information about your 2015 premiums, benefits and coverage.

Changes to your coverage should be made using the Retiree Medical & Dental Enrollment/Change form.

Benefits Open Houses

At Benefits Open Houses, retirees can meet and speak with staff from the Office of Benefit Services and representatives from plan providers. Retirees can receive flu shots for $23, cash or check payable to INOVA (register by emailing
