2015 Health Plans

Aetna/Innovation Health, CareFirst and Kaiser Permanente are approved vendors for 2014.  Each vendor has created websites designed especially for FCPS for this Open Enrollment.  These website have a number of tools to help you understand your plan benefits and provider networks.  Click on the links below to access the vendor websites to obtain more detailed information about each plan:

  • (available to all retirees who are eligible for health benefits)
  • (available to non-Medicare eligible retirees who are eligible for health benefits)
  • (available to retirees who are eligible for health benefits and who reside in the Kaiser Permanente/Kaiser Medicare service area)

How to Make Changes

Open Enrollment is when retirees can make changes to their benefits for calendar year 2015.

Changes to your coverage should be made using the Retiree Medical Enrollment/Change form.

Benefits Open Houses

At Benefits Open Houses, retirees can meet and speak with staff from the Office of Benefit Services and representatives from plan providers. Retirees can receive flu shots for $23, cash or check payable to INVOA (register by emailing
