IRS Form 1095
Participants who were covered (or who were eligible for coverage) under an FCPS health plan in 2015 should have received a 1095 tax form in the mail. Much like Form W-2 and Form 1099, which include information about the income you received, these new forms provide information regarding you and your family members’ health insurance coverage. FCPS offers Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medical, dental, vision, and dependent day care.

Life Insurance

Enrollment in FCPS group life insurance plans is based on an employee's enrollment in a retirement program.

 

What's New in Benefits

  • Increased Access to Personal Leave for Less-Than-12-Month Employees
    Effective 9/1/2015, less-than 12 month employees will be able to designate a maximum of 5 days each year of their sick leave balances as personal leave.
