The Transportation Task Force Final Majority and Minority Reports were presented to the School Board March 10, 2008. Complete information is available here.

Introduction

This website has been created to support the efforts of the 2007 Transportation Task Force. We hope that the use of this webpage will reduce the need for and reliance on paper documents. Not only will this reduce costs, but it is an environmentally friendly strategy.

Six sections have been created for this webpage:

Committees: In anticipation of a decision to create committees within the task force to address and bring forth information and recommendations on specific topic areas, we have created this section to identify committees, which task force members are assigned to each, and any specific tasks delegated to each committee.

Documents: We have included a number of documents that contain information that will be useful to the task force. Additional documents can be added with the approval of the task force chairperson.

Meeting Calendars: Once the calendars of the task force and committees are known, this information will be posted to this section.

Meeting Agendas: Agendas will be posted here so that members can see the topics from prior and at upcoming meetings.

Meeting Minutes: Minutes of all meetings will be posted to this section.

Questions and Responses: This section is intended to include questions asked by task force members, and answers prepared by FCPS staff. This section will ensure that all questions and answers are available to all task force members.

We are prepared to modify or add to this webpage as desired by the task force as they move forward with this process. If modifications or additions are desired, they should be submitted to the task force chairperson.
