Enrollment at Franklin Middle is currently projected to be below capacity; therefore, estimated enrollment increases potentially generated by the proposed action can be accommodated within existing capacities.

Enrollments at Navy Elementary, Oakton High are currently projected to be near or above capacity; therefore, estimated enrollment increases potentially generated by the proposed action cannot be accommodated within existing capacities
