Comments:  Based on the approved proffer guidelines, the 7 students generated by this application would justify a proffer of $52,500 for schools (7 students x $7,500 per student). The foregoing information does not take into account the potential impacts of pending or future proposals that could affect the same schools.  In order to relieve projected overcrowding, the City of Fairfax has planned to increase capacities at Lanier Middle and Fairfax High Schools to 1,050 and 2,200 students, respectively, by 2007.
