Comments:  Based on the approved proffer guidelines, the students generated by this application would justify a proffer of $7,500 for schools (1 student x $7,500 per student). It should be noted that a funded 8-room modular addition to Waynewood Elementary is scheduled for completion for the 2008-09 school year.  Renovation for Sandburg Middle School is planned but is presently not funded; a completion date has yet to be determined. The foregoing information does not take into account the potential impacts of pending or future proposals that could affect the same schools.
