Overview

The Planning and Operations section is responsible for strategic planning and operational support for the Office of Facilities Management (OFM). It provides technical and operational support to the trade groups, develops and implements the staff development training and testing program, and manages contract development and oversight for the department. In addition, this section administers the preventive maintenance and asset management programs within OFM.
