Newspapers Brown Paper Bags
Cardboard Cans (Aluminum and Steel)
Computer Paper Glass Jars and Bottles (all Colors)
Tab Cards Plastic Bottles (Labeled with a PETE or HDPE symbol)
Colored Paper Carbonless Forms
Magazines Advertising Inserts

Items NOT Acceptable for Recycling

Wet Waste Plastic Bags
Carbon Forms Pizza Boxes
Wood Waxed Cardboard
Photographs Paper with Food Debris Residue
Food & Food Wrappings Large Kitchen Containers, Plastic or Metal
Styrofoam/Polystyrene Propane Tanks
Tissue, Napkins Paper Towels
Pots or Pans Aluminum Foil
Ceramic or Pottery Aluminum Furniture or Siding
Light Bulbs** Drinking Glasses, Cups, Plates, or Cookware
Mirrors Window Glass
Margarine Tubs Microwave Containers
Insecticide or Automotive Fluid Bottles

**FCPS has an established fluorescent lamp recycling program.
