About Us
The Office of Facilities Management is responsible for providing preventive and corrective maintenance to all Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) buildings, grounds, and mechanical & electrical equipment. The office also provides project management for capital outlay and minor improvement projects, and manages the monitoring and mitigation of environmental hazards at FCPS buildings. Maintenance and repair services are provided for over 200 facilities containing in excess of 25 million square feet of space and 1,700 acres of property.
