The project schedule is developed based on the following:

• Time required to plan, permit, and construct the projects based on type and size.
• Staff available to manage the total number of projects.
• Approved annual cash flow.

Items which can effect the project schedule:

• Reprioritizing project completion dates accommodate updated planning needs.
• Unusual inflationary pressures requiring redesign or re-bidding.
• Changes in cash flow limits.
