About Us

The Office of Design and Construction Services provides for the acquisition of new school sites and the administration of design and construction of new schools, additions to existing buildings, and renewals of existing school facilities in accordance with approved educational specifications and building codes. In addition, this office supervises minor improvement projects (facility modifications) and coordinates the installation and relocation of temporary classroom facilities.

• Capital Bond Improvement Projects - 2007 School Bond Referendum
  
• Provide an on-site inspection staff to guarantee quality assurance
  
• Provide building evaluation and assessment to coordinate the planning of construction
  projects for the next school bond referendum to best support the educational needs of the students
