Booster Club & PTA/PTO Sponsored Programs
Fee-Based Classes, Clinics, Leagues and Youth Summer Camps
School booster clubs and PTA/PTO groups sponsor a variety of programs that benefit students such as after-school classes, clinics and camps. The following documents should be completed when a booster club or PTA group wants to sponsor this type of fee-based activity.
- A checklist has been developed to assist booster club and PTA/PTO representatives in completing the ADM-24.
- The Community Use Section provides information meetings several times a year on Regulation and Notice 8424 to assist booster clubs and PTA/PTO.

- Approved Vendor List
- Application form ADM-24
- Form ADM-24A needs to be completed once the activity has ended if any employee is receiving pay.
