Pre-Qualification Applications
Fairfax County Public Schools, Office of Design and Construction Services is accepting pre-qualification applications from general contractors for construction services for Capital Bond Improvement Projects. Pre-qualification applications must be received by this office no later than 30 days prior to the bid opening on the advertised Capital Project. Completed applications shall be submitted to the address below.
Construction Services for Capital Bond Improvement Projects range from approximately $3,000,000 and above. The construction services include the major trades for building new schools, additions, and renewals of school buildings.
