Bidders Mailing List Applications


Fairfax County Public Schools, Office of Administrative Services, Financial Management & Contracting Section is responsible for awarding contracts for facilities modifications and minor improvements to Fairfax County Public School buildings. Contractors requesting notification of FCPS solicitations are encouraged to submit a bidders mailing list application. An e-mail address is required on the application. The Financial Management & Contracting Section strives to maintain current and accurate contractor information. Thus, contractors must notify our office annually of new email addresses and mailing addresses. Please complete the following applications and return as indicated on each application.
