Menus are planned by Registered Dietitians to reflect the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and student preferences. USDA menu guidelines limit fat to 30% calories from tat, 10% calories from saturated fat averaged over the week. To meet the new MyPyramid for Kids – Eat Right, Exercise, Have Fun menus this year contain whole wheat rolls, pizza crust and pasta.
