Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 cup (8 oz) Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt
½ cup Frozen Strawberries
½ cup Low Fat Milk
1 Banana, very ripe (peeled and frozen)
2-3 Ice Cubes

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Peel the frozen banana and cut in half.
  3. Put all ingredients in blender.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend.
  5. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  6. Pour into two - 8 oz glasses.
