Roasted
Pumpkin Seeds
- Wash and remove top of pumpkin.
- Pull pumpkin seeds away from the stringy matter and dump them
in a bowl. You don't need to wash them.
- Add 2 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt for each cup of pumpkin
seeds.
- Oil a baking sheet.
- Spread the seeds on the baking sheet.
- Bake until crisp (about 45 minutes in an oven set at 200-250º).
- Eat when cool.
