Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Wash and remove top of pumpkin.
  2. Pull pumpkin seeds away from the stringy matter and dump them in a bowl. You don't need to wash them.
  3. Add 2 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt for each cup of pumpkin seeds.
  4. Oil a baking sheet.
  5. Spread the seeds on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake until crisp (about 45 minutes in an oven set at 200-250º).
  7. Eat when cool.
