Commercial Carriers and Travel Brokers
Schools may arrange field trip transportation with FCPS Approved Commercial Carriers and Travel Brokers. The vendors on the list meet the FCPS insurance requirements and have provided the criminal certification documents. Schools should note the expiration dates when scheduling (the field trip should end prior to the expiration date). Procurement regulations must be followed when contracting with the commercial carriers.
Approved Commercial Carriers and Travel Brokers
Important: Only full-size commercial buses (40 - 61 passengers) may be used to transport students. Buses with smaller capacities are prohibited.
