Student Insurance Information

Parents mistakenly believe that Fairfax County Public Schools provide medical insurance for accidents that occur at school. This is not true. Student Accident Insurance is available for purchase. The Student Accident Insurance Claim Form (pdf - 164 KB) should be completed and submitted as indicated on the form.
