Employee E-mail Access

employee e-mail Fairfax County Public Schools employees can access e-mail from any computer that is connected to the internet using Outlook Web Access.

Employees who are participating in the Exchange 2007 pilot must log on at http://webmail.fcps.edu.

In the box next to User Name: enter fcpsedu, a backslash, followed by your network login ID. For example: Mary Joan Smith at Kings Park Elementary would enter fcpsedu\mjsmith.

ATTENTION AOL USERS: If you are using America Online (AOL) to access the Internet, you will not be able to use AOL's Internet browser to login to Outlook Web Access.

Please do the following:
1. Log into AOL, and MINIMIZE the application
2. Open Internet Explorer
3. Go to http://mail.fcps.edu
4. When prompted please enter your domain\username and password.

You will not be able to access the Outlook Web Access e-mail system with America Online's browser, with Netscape Navigator or with some versions of Internet Explorer for the Macintosh platform.
