About Our People -- Spotlight on Staff

Barbara Bowman received well deserved recognition as CSA Case Manager of the Month! Besides her previous work as a case manager and as a senior social worker supervising other case managers, Barbara is a CANS Superuser who assists others in completing the CANS and supervises our staff requests to FAPT for residential placements. To quote from the CSA Newsletter:

Barbara’s expertise and knowledge has been an invaluable asset to CST teams by ensuring that the educational needs of youth are included in service planning. Whether enlightening CST teams or assisting case managers in her role as a CANS Superuser to utilize the CANS as an assessment tool, Barbara’s leadership has made a tremendous difference in the lives of children, youth and families. Her efforts are greatly appreciated.
