Category Judges Needed for the Fairfax County Regional Science and Engineering Fair

Judging for the Fairfax County Regional Science and Engineering Fair will take place on Saturday, March 20th, 2010 at Robinson Secondary School.

Each year 250 judges are required to evaluate nearly four hundred science fair projects in a wide variety of categories ranging from plants sciences to physics and astronomy. Chairpersons for each category and Grand Prize judges are also needed.

It is desirable that those volunteering to serve as category judges hold an advanced degree or possess extensive academic and/or professional experience in their selected categories.

Please follow the link below to register as a category judge. A reminder will be sent to category judges in February. Judging assignments will be made in March when the full number of student projects in each category is finalized.
