- Information Technology--Provides cost-effective, leading-edge technology products and services
- Instructional Services-- Provides instructional leadership and support to schools through curriculum and staff development.
- Professional Learning and Training--Provides comprehensive professional learning opportunities for all FCPS employees.
- Special Services--Quality special education services, alternative school programs, and student services
- Educational Employees Retirement System of Fairfax County (ERFC)-- Administers the retirement system for Fairfax County Public Schools employees.

CLUSTER OFFICES
Fairfax County schools are administered through eight clusters. Each cluster office provides leadership and supervision to the schools in the cluster and acts as liaison to schools and communities. School principals report directly to the appropriate Cluster Assistant Superintendent.
- Cluster I (1)--Serves the Herndon, Langley, and McLean pyramids
- Cluster II (2)--Serves the Falls Church, Madison, and Marshall pyramids
- Cluster III (3)--Serves the Annandale, Stuart, and Woodson pyramids and Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology
- Cluster IV (4)--Serves the Hayfield, Mount Vernon and West Potomac pyramids
- Cluster V (5)--Serves the Edison, Lee, and South County pyramids
- Cluster VI (6)--Serves the Lake Braddock, Robinson, and West Springfield pyramids
- Cluster VII (7)--Serves the Centreville, Chantilly, and Fairfax pyramids
- Cluster VIII (8)--Serves the Oakton, South Lakes, and Westfield pyramids
