Interested parents of Coates ES Students in Grades 2-6 If you are interested in completing a Full-Time Advanced Academic Program Level IV Center Referral, you must do so by Friday, February 3rd at 4:00 PM . The referral should be submitted in the Coates main office. Please place the referral and any other optional information in an 8 ½ x 11 envelope with your child’s name, grade, teacher name, and email address on it. Please visit our AAP website to download a Parent Information Packet to obtain all forms – www.fcps.edu/is/aap. If you have additional questions concerning the Level IV referral and screening process, please email or call Tracey Jenkins, Advanced Academic Resource Teacher at 703-713-3017 – tljenkins1@fcps.edu.
