Cluster Mission

The cluster office provides instructional and operational leadership to schools and promotes open communication among educators, parents, support staff, and School Board members. The charge of the cluster office is to ensure educational excellence, equality, and high expectations for student achievement in a safe learning environment.

The Assistant Superintendent provides leadership, direction, and accountability for principals by monitoring school effectiveness through testing data, staff and parent surveys, and feedback from the school community. The Assistant Superintendent evaluates principals, conducts searches for new principals, serves as a school-community liaison, and advocates for the delivery of systemwide services to schools.
