Support Employee of the Year

FCPS employee awards celebrate excellence and recognize contributions that promote student success. Help showcase the important role support employees play by nominating a deserving staff member for Support Employee of the Year. Any employee who is not a principal or teacher is eligible for this award, and anyone may nominate a support employee. All nominees will be recognized at the FCPS Honors awards event at the George Mason University Center for the Arts on May 29.

Consider nominating a counselor, instructional assistant, building staff member, technology support specialist, school-based technology specialist, public health training assistant, or office staff member at your school. All nonschool-based support employees are also eligible, so you might also consider nominating a bus driver, administrative assistant, technician, or specialist you have worked with in one of the departments who has gone above and beyond to assist you!

Nominations are due by February 15. Nomination forms, as well as information on other FCPS employee award programs are available online at http://www.fcps.edu/hr/programs/recognition.
